Job summary

ITDS is seeking Senior/Principal Software Engineers to design and build scalable AI-native cloud platforms for the financial services sector. You will be a hands‑on technical leader, delivering high‑quality backend systems and cloud architectures.

Own components end-to-end, mentor engineers, champion best practices in CI/CD, observability, and security, and collaborate with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise‑grade software solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr. Principal) of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on coding with Python, Java, or Go.
• Cloud-native experience on AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, cloud-native platforms and APIs with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Own components end-to-end from design to production deployment; mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams and AI specialists to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
