Qualifications

• 8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr. Principal) of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on coding with Python, Java, or Go.
• Cloud-native experience on AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.

• Create distributed systems, APIs, event‑driven services, and core platform components.
• Drive engineering excellence through clean architecture, rigorous testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and operational best practices.
• Own systems end‑to‑end—from initial design to production deployment and ongoing operations.
• Mentor fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years (Senior), 12+ years (Principal), or 15+ years (Sr. Principal) of software engineering experience.
• Hands‑on coding expertise with modern backend technologies like Python, Java, or Go.
• Deep experience designing, building, and operating cloud‑native applications on AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, performance optimization, and security.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑reliability production systems using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Excellent system design skills and effective technical communication.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, event streaming, or platform engineering.
• Exposure to AI/LLM platforms, agentic systems, or developer platforms.
• Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or highly regulated environments.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in building enterprise‑grade cloud applications within complex, regulated industries.
