Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Cloud Native Developer to design, build and deploy scalable cloud-native apps with AI at the core. You combine Python expertise with cloud engineering to create observable, secure, and resilient microservices.

You will work across Azure/AWS/GCP, implement IaC and CI/CD, integrate AI capabilities, and collaborate with teams in a hybrid/remote-friendly setup across Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Python software development.
• Proven experience designing, developing, deploying microservices.
• Strong cloud-native knowledge with containerization and serverless.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Monitoring and logging implementation experience.
• AI knowledge: LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, AI agents or Azure/OpenAI integration.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy cloud-native Python solutions with scalability, security, and containerization or serverless architectures.
• Design managed database solutions for efficient data management.
• Implement observability through monitoring and logging.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code to automate cloud infrastructure management.
• Drive CI/CD practices for rapid and automated delivery.
• Design and build AI-integrated solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents).
