Job summary
PepsiCo in Kraków is seeking a senior DevOps/Cloud Architect to design and operate multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure), implement Terraform, and manage enterprise Kubernetes (EKS/AKS). You will drive CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab, embed DevSecOps, and champion AI-driven optimization.
You will mentor junior engineers, guide project architecture, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, or Site Reliability Engineering in a senior/lead capacity.
- Strong cross-cloud (AWS/Azure) experience and security tooling.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design multi-cloud IaC using Terraform across AWS and Azure.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters on EKS/AKS.
- Develop CI/CD and GitOps pipelines with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Embed DevSecOps into pipelines for shift-left security.
- Apply AI tooling to optimize infra and code reviews.
- Lead architectural discussions with teams on cloud-native infra.
- Oversee network foundations and hybrid connectivity and DNS.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production reliability.
