Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Software Engineer II (Frontend-focused) in Kraków to drive development across Digital Products & Services. You’ll work with UX, product, IT, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality software as part of the DevOps lifecycle.

The role emphasizes scalable frontend work, collaboration across functions, and delivering cost efficiencies and incremental value for PepsiCo’s global platforms.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant software development and engineering management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the vision and guide a team of engineers to build and support digital products and services across S&T core priorities.
• Partner with User Experience, Product Management, IT, Data & Analytics, Emerging Tech, Innovation, and Process Engineering teams to deliver the Digital Products portfolio.
• Support software development strategy and create roadmap and timing based on business requirements and strategy.
• Facilitate DPS capabilities with data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences.
• Help resolve delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to engineering initiatives for stakeholders.
• Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that meet strategic needs.
