Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an experienced operations professional in Kraków to manage client inquiries and day-to-day account activities within the Alternatives Custody Team. You will coordinate workflows, escalate issues, and deliver accurate operational results with a strong client focus.

The role requires a BS/BA, 4+ years in finance or custody, and English at B2+/C1. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with a focus on process improvement and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in finance, custody or similar fields.
• English language proficiency B2+/C1.
• Experience coordinating work, writing procedures and training others.
• Strong analytical skills and client focus.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
• Risk awareness and data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve and oversee client inquiries related to account management.
• Day-to-day management of operations ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of client tasks.
• Act as primary escalation point for clients and account managers with updates and satisfaction measures.
• Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Team Leader/Manager.
• Prepare clients’ and internal KPIs.
• Identify potential problems with account management and payment settlements.
• Handle updates on the account setup and lifecycle inquiries.
• Ensure clear communication within the team on timetables and workflow.
• Assist in special projects to improve efficiency and quality.
