Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the change and release activities in a program delivering multiple technology changes in the z/OS mainframe area.

The role acts as the single point of contact for coordinating business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing communications, and guiding application development teams through complex releases. The project is expected to run for about two years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management in a large organization.
• Experience in change and release management.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: z/OS mainframe knowledge and regulated industry experience.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the change and release related activities in a program facilitating a number of technology changes in the z/OS mainframe area.

We are looking for someone who can own the change and release management related processes and act as the single point of contact for the program for managing/coordinating the business and technical change related activities.

The project is expected to last around two years.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Change management for business process and technical changes
• Managing communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
• Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
• Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users

Must-have knowledge and experience

- 5 + years of project / programme management in a large organization
- Change and release management experience
- Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

• z/OS mainframe knowledge/experience
• experience working in a highly regulated industry
• Experience in facilitating information sharing and upskilling related requirements and activities
