Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or MBA/Masters in Supply Chain/Operations or Engineering.
• 8+ years of supply chain management and planning experience in a global or multi-plant industrial company.
• Experience leading people and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Network Schedulers/MPS planners for 0-3 month horizon and collaborate with Buyers, Material Planners and Order Managers.
• Manage capacity vs. demand over 0-36 months, flag exceptions and drive solutions.
• Partner with operations, warehousing and procurement to address capacity gaps.
• Create and maintain the consensus supply plan balancing FG inventory and capacity.
• Review and improve inventory performance metrics and liaise with stakeholders to implement actions.
• Provide information for divisional SIOP meetings regarding supply vs. demand.
