Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. in Poznań is seeking a Senior Business Operations Excellence Specialist (Campaign Sourcing) to lead end-to-end sourcing across campaign buckets and coordinate with international markets.

You will partner with KAMs, 1P, 1F, B2B and Sellers to secure high-quality offers, define entry criteria, analyze market potential, and drive growth through data-driven initiatives while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience in data processing and business processes.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office (Sheets/Docs/Slides; Excel).
• Polish at C1 level and English B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing across all campaign buckets, acting as SPOC for sourcing operations across international markets.
• Cooperate with KAMs, 1P, 1F, B2B, and International Sellers to secure high-quality offers and ensure strategy alignment.
• Gather business needs from Campaign, Marketing, Advertising, and Category teams to define entry criteria for sourcing buckets.
• Verify offer quality and report sourcing progress and results to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market potential and researching competitors.
