Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. in Kraków is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to advance embedded automotive platforms and to evolve into a Proxy Product Owner. You will stay close to coding while gaining visibility with executive stakeholders to align technical delivery with the broader product strategy.

The role requires 5+ years of C++ experience, hands-on testing discipline, and familiarity with QNX. On-site, five days a week, with English and Polish at B2 level, and collaboration with international teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial C++ experience with modern standards (C++14 and beyond).
• Hands-on unit testing and high test coverage.
• Familiar with CLI environments and basic QNX OS.

To push our High-Performance Ecosphere forward, we are hiring a Senior C++ Engineer with the ambition to step into a Proxy Product Owner role. This isn’t a pivot away from code – it’s an evolution. You will stay close to programming while gaining direct visibility with executive business stakeholders, ensuring that our technical delivery directly accelerates the broader product strategy.

Requirements

• C++ Mastery: 5+ years of commercial C++ experience, with deep knowledge of modern C++ standards (C++14 and beyond).
• Code Quality: Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and a commitment to maintaining high test coverage.
• Environment: Comfortable working in CLI-driven environments and possess basic familiarity with QNX OS.
• Product Ownership & Drive: Proactive, accountability-driven mindset with strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Work Model: Availability to work fully on-site (5 days per week).
• Languages: Upper-intermediate English and Polish (both spoken and written), min. B2.
• No Automotive Experience Required: We welcome experienced C++ developers from other industries who are eager to learn automotive domain standards.
