Job summary

GlobalLogic is hiring a Middle+/Senior DevOps Engineer for its Automotive department in Kraków. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate builds, and enable robust test automation for embedded automotive software.

The role emphasizes Agile practices and collaboration with Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs. You will work on an ISO 26262–qualified toolchain and engage in infrastructure automation from scratch, supporting cutting-edge car technologies and connectivity, ML, and autonomous

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferably) or AWS.
• Automation tools: Jenkins, Zuul CI, SCM, Git, Terraform, Ansible.
• Strong IaC, PaaS/IaaS knowledge.
• Networking in dynamic environments (TCP/IP).
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Groovy, Python.
• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban.
• Experience with Gerrit.
• Engineering degree in software/systems engineering.
• OOP principles.
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software integration and test infrastructure, including build systems, CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and configure end-to-end build and deployment pipelines.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks for embedded software testing.
• Collaborate with IT to provision infrastructure or do it in-house.
• Apply Agile principles and collaborate with developer teams.
• Participate in requirements gathering for CI tasks.
• Develop ISO 26262-qualified toolchain for Matlab/Simulink to binary workflows.
