Grid Dynamics in Wroclaw is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to join a high‑impact project supporting core compiler and ML infrastructure for a global technology leader. You will drive OpenXLA PR workflows, troubleshoot complex build/test issues, and contribute to architectural decisions with rotation teams.

The role requires 5+ years of modern C++ experience, strong Linux debugging, and deep knowledge of build systems and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering with modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
• Experience with large-scale C++ open-source codebases and PR workflows.
• Strong Linux build, CI/CD, and debugging capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage OpenXLA PR workflow in a large-scale C++ repository.
• Diagnose and fix failed OpenXLA PRs and internal tests.
• Monitor PRs and communicate with contributors.
• Troubleshoot build and runtime failures across XLA:GPU and XLA:CPU.
• Follow established OpenXLA engineering practices and determine issue severity.
• Escalate deep compiler/hardware issues to appropriate teams.
