Job summary

Techland in Wroclaw is looking for a Junior Technology Programmer (DevX) to join our studio. This generalist role contributes to the design and development of a wide range of systems and tools used by production teams.

You will implement build systems, QA, ML and GenAI-powered tools, collaborate with technology teams, debug and document solutions, and take part in ongoing professional development with a dedicated budget and buddy support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of C++ and Python.
• Familiarity with systems programming topics.
• Familiarity with ML & GenAI topics, tools and technology.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Implementing systems and solutions for different technology areas: build system, QA, ML & GenAI-powered tools for developers.
• Cooperating with all technology teams to support workflows in the creation of AAA games.
• Debugging and optimizing existing systems.
• Creating all necessary technical documentation.
