Job summary

Grid Dynamics in Warsaw seeks a Senior C++ Engineer to drive OpenXLA PR workflows and maintain stability in core compiler and ML infrastructure. You will fix complex build/test failures, triage PRs, and collaborate with rotation teams on high-level architecture escalations.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial software engineering with modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
Experience with large-scale C++ open-source codebases and PR workflows.
Strong C++ build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux debugging.
Background in semiconductor or hardware-oriented environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate, and streamline the OpenXLA PR workflow in a large OpenXLA repo.
Diagnose, debug, and fix failed OpenXLA PRs and internal test suites.
Monitor PRs, perform triage, and communicate with authors and contributors.
Troubleshoot build/run failures across XLA:GPU and XLA:CPU pipelines.
Follow established engineering practices and determine escalation paths.
Escalate compiler/hardware issues to appropriate rotation teams.
