Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Delivery Business Analyst III in Warsaw. You will define and manage complex requirements for system delivery initiatives, producing delivery-ready documentation and ensuring traceability through implementation and handoff.

This senior individual contributor will own FRDs, perform impact analysis, and ensure requirements are usable by delivery, testing, customer, and service teams. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce structured, review-ready requirements for complex initiatives.
• Strong capability to identify gaps, impacts, risks and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Create high-quality documentation and project artifacts for delivery and testing teams.
• Maintain traceability, baselines, approvals and change rationale across lifecycles.
• Operate with autonomy, resolving ambiguity and escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex requirements elicitation sessions to clarify scope and direction.
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document detailed business rules, configuration logic, and data dependencies.
• Assess impacts across functionality, integrations, reporting and operations.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are defined and aligned with QA and UAT.
