Brightstar Lottery in Warsaw is seeking a Delivery Business Analyst II to translate business needs into clear requirements for project areas. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, PMO, and customers to support reviews, documentation, testing alignment, and readiness.

The Delivery Business Analyst II supports system delivery initiatives by translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for assigned project areas.
This role partners with customers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Project Management, and Service teams to support requirement reviews, documentation updates, testing alignment, and implementation readiness. The Delivery BA II works independently on moderate-complexity assignments and escalates ambiguity, scope concerns, or cross-functional impacts as needed.

This information reflects Brightstar Lottery's good-faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of publication. Actual compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and internal compensation policies. Factors that we consider include, but are not limited to, role, career level, performance, skills, level of expertise, experience, location, market competitiveness, and internal equity. The estimated starting compensation range is 115.088,00 zł - 177.059,00 zł. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
