Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Warsaw is seeking a Delivery Business Analyst II to translate business needs into clear requirements for project areas. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, PMO, and customers to support reviews, documentation, testing alignment, and readiness.

You will conduct requirements elicitation, document functional specs, perform gap analysis, maintain traceability, and support testing and handoff to service teams in a hybrid, multi-project environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, PMO, and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Facilitate standard requirements discovery sessions with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Document configuration decisions, process flows, use cases, field definitions, reports, interface needs, and business rules as applicable.
• Maintain traceability from approved requirements through design, development, testing, and customer validation.
