Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Warsaw, Poland seeks a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into system requirements and lead the team through the full project lifecycle. This role combines requirements management with guiding design, development and implementation of complex software solutions for lottery operations.

You will drive requirements workshops, document use cases, manage traceability, and coordinate with business, technology and project teams to deliver usable, scalable systems

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with project stakeholders
• Perform gap analyses, analyze results and verify recommendations with technical teams
• Manage the business analysis effort for large or technically complex systems or enhancements
• Oversee creation or update of project-specific Business Analysis Plan
• Present information clearly to customers and manage traceability tasks
