Job summary
Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive requirements for our software products. You will gather and document business and functional needs from stakeholders, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and design UX artifacts.
You will collaborate with developers in Agile/Scrum teams, conduct UX reviews, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and maintain clear documentation while communicating with international stakeholders in fluent English.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
- Hands-on UX design, wireframes, prototyping, and Figma.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum with developers and strong stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct UX reviews and contribute to the end-to-end user experience of the marketplace.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.
- Maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
