Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our project teams and help shape the next generation of data marketplace products. You will gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with software engineers in an Agile setting.

This role emphasizes UX design, wireframing, and prototyping in Figma, while maintaining comprehensive documentation and supporting backlog refinement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery.
• Hands-on UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma.
• Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with developers.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Conduct UX reviews and contribute to the end-to-end user experience of the marketplace.
• Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
