Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project with a global life sciences partner. You will bridge business and technology teams, design processes, manage requirements, and support complex system integration in regulated environments.

The role is remote with international stakeholders, requiring fluent English and ability to collaborate across EU/US hours. You will gather requirements for MES, LIMS, ERP, PLM, ELN and contribute to data interoperability and

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
• Hands-on with MES/LIMS/ERP/PLM/ELN and system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for drug substances/products.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional/non-functional requirements for manufacturing and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to design end-to-end processes.
• Support integration initiatives across manufacturing and enterprise platforms, aligning with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to maintain productivity and outcomes.
• Contribute to process mapping, data interoperability analysis, and solution validation.
