Job summary

mthree is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a Markets & Securities Services / Product Control function within a leading global investment banking organisation. The role supports a multi-year transformation to enhance financial infrastructure, data quality and P&L processes, fostering collaboration across Product Control, Traded Risk, Finance and Technology teams.

Qualifications

Experience in Markets & Securities Services, Global Markets, Product Control or Finance.
Strong understanding of financial markets products and processes, ideally including FX.
At least 2 years of project delivery or Business Analysis experience in a banking or financial-services setting.
Experience with data quality, data governance, data lineage or financial data transformation.
Solid grasp of the project lifecycle and collaboration with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Analyse FX position and P&L processes and data flow.
Collaborate with Traded Risk and Product Control stakeholders to identify gaps and improvements.
Explain P&L data exceptions and support sustainable solutions.
Improve governance and transparency of Product Control adjustments.
Work with business teams to improve data quality during adjustment processes.
Participate in testing, implementation and go-live activities.
