Qualifications

• Senior transformation professional with a track record in delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into deliverable programmes across regions.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment with senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, risk management and delivery controls.
• Experience in digital and technology-enabled transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of strategic transformation initiatives from definition through execution and implementation.
• Work with senior leaders to clarify priorities, define outcomes and establish delivery plans.
• Convert objectives into measurable milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
• Coordinate complex programmes across multiple teams, functions and geographies.
• Establish governance and provide senior visibility of progress, risks and decisions.
• Monitor delivery progress, financial impact, resources and benefits.
• Identify and resolve obstacles impacting delivery.
• Lead governance forums, workshops and executive discussions.
• Prepare concise materials for executive audiences and business cases.
