Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and specify requirements for equities, corporate actions, and structured products.

You will ensure accurate handling of dividends, rights issues, and client data across FR Products and clients. Work with Data Operations, Product Owners, engineering, QA, and operations; translate changes from primary sources into clear, testable specifications and support business/UAT and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of business analysis experience in financial information.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, warrants & corporate actions.
• Understanding of FR product taxation and regulations.
• Experience with content/data modeling and instrument identifiers (ISIN).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear specifications for analysts and developers.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel; familiarity with Jira/Confluence; GitLab appreciated.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and French (B2) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Operations and CIT teams for French products.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for equities and warrants.
• Own data mapping, validation, and control frameworks for corporate actions.
• Design reference linkages across issuers, index components, and classifications.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases; support UAT & releases.
