Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a capable Business/Data Analyst to join our project teams. You will analyze business requirements, data models and system flows to ensure accurate data contracts and API alignment.

You will translate business needs into clear technical designs, define mappings and data transformations, and collaborate across domains to secure consistent implementations. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, data analysis or a similar role.
• Strong experience in data analysis, data modelling and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business rules into concrete examples and clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience working across business, consumer and source-system teams.
• Good understanding of custody positions, subpositions, reservations and corporate actions.
• Experience working with data formats and transformation technologies including XML, XSLT, JSON and AVRO.
• Ability to understand system flows, dependencies and integration requirements.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyse and align business requirements, data models, system flows and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into clear technical designs, delivery tasks and acceptance criteria.
• Design and document services and API contracts within and around the STO Domain API.
• Support a contract-first approach to API definition in cooperation with producers, particularly the safekeeping system.
• Define data mappings, transformation rules and the canonical data model.
• Establish clear business rules together with valid request and response examples.
• Raise, clarify and coordinate requirements during quarterly and PI planning.
• Collaborate across business, consumer and source-system teams to ensure consistent implementation.
