PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead strategic growth opportunities in our beverage portfolio.

You will drive brand strategy, manage annual marketing plans, and build brand equity while delivering profitable growth across channels. You will collaborate with Insights, Media, Design, Commercial and Global teams to translate objectives into impactful consumer and shopper plans, while steering innovation launches from concept to on-shelf execution.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of FMCG marketing experience.
• Proven track record launching or transforming brands.
• Ability to translate global brand strategy into locally relevant execution.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

Aufgaben

• Lead brand strategy and annual marketing planning.
• Identify consumer, category and cultural opportunities that unlock brand growth and drive in-market performance.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs spanning media, digital, social, influencer, events, experiential and retail channels.
• Partner closely with Insights, Media, Design, Commercial and Global teams to translate business objectives into actionable consumer and shopper plans.
• Drive innovation launches and portfolio initiatives from concept through on-shelf execution.
• Monitor business and brand performance, turning insights into clear actions that drive profitable growth.
• Lead agency partners and ensure high standards of creative excellence and execution.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering marketing and leadership capabilities.
