Job summary

Air Liquide Engineering & Construction is seeking a Senior BIM/3D Coordination Engineer to own interdisciplinary 3D model management from FEED to EPC, ensuring model consistency and driving digital collaboration in line with the company’s BIM strategy.

Based in Kraków, the role requires at least 5 years of BIM coordination in EPC, strong Navisworks skills, and English proficiency. You will collaborate with engineering teams, project management, site teams, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM Coordination experience in the EPC industry.
• Proficient in Navisworks for coordination and clash detection.
• Strong knowledge of EPC project design flow and clash resolution.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and AVEVA BIM tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• 3D Model Leadership: coordinate integrated 3D models across disciplines.
• Clash Management: run clash checks and prioritize resolutions.
• Standards & Quality: enforce Level of Development and modeling standards.
• Constructability & Safety: identify spatial conflicts early to reduce rework.
• Innovation: support 4D pilot projects and BIM process improvements.
• Mentorship: provide onboarding and training for project teams.
