Job summary

Xebia Group is hiring for a data migration and BI governance role in Warsaw. You will manage stakeholder maps, define acceptance criteria, and lead UAT and sign-off for a Gold data product, coordinating with business and technical teams to minimize risk and ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

The role requires experience in data, BI, migration programs, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. Occasional in-person visits to the client site in Warsaw are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business analysis, product ownership, or change management.
• Proven experience in data, BI, analytics or migration programs.
• Experience taking ownership of validation activities including scope confirmation, acceptance criteria, UAT, sign-off and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to challenge stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
• Data literacy to interpret reconciliation results and explain findings clearly.
• Experience facilitating demos, workshops and UAT sessions.
• Ability to manage conflicting expectations and drive decisions to resolution.
• Organized, proactive, persistent, with follow-up for approvals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using AI assistants to improve productivity.
• Willingness to visit the client’s office in Warsaw up to twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Map stakeholders for migrations, define sign-off responsibilities.
• Confirm data products and reports to migrate, consolidate, or retire.
• Translate expectations into clear acceptance criteria with figures.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are agreed before build starts.
• Recommend consolidations or retirements of overlapping reports.
• Resolve consolidation decisions with stakeholders; trigger Data Council if needed.
• Organize product demonstrations and UAT with reconciliation by pods.
• Track UAT findings, actions and resolutions.
• Obtain formal sign-off for the Gold data product and reports.
• Secure go-live confirmation and coordinate transition of users.
• Confirm users moved to new path and decommission legacy dependencies.
• Deliver complete decommissioning evidence to responsible teams.
• Maintain weekly package-level visibility of stakeholders, criteria, decisions, and sign-offs.
