Job summary

Nexio Management Ltd. seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive the transformation of the enterprise BI landscape. You will assess existing reporting assets, evaluate business value, and decide on retention, consolidation, migration or retirement while coordinating with business stakeholders and technology teams.

The role requires independent work across workstreams, maturity in agile-like governance, and English as the primary working language in an international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years senior business analysis or enterprise BI experience.
• Experience with BI portfolio assessment and migration planning.
• Strong requirements engineering and KPI definition.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Fluency in English (C1) and university degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an inventory of BI reports, dashboards and products with ownership and usage.
• Evaluate assets for business value, duplication, data quality and maintenance effort.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations on retention, consolidation, migration or decommissioning.
• Establish migration priorities and roadmaps for readiness, gaps, rollout and retirement.
• Assess readiness and identify gaps in KPI definitions, data sources, governance and access.
