Job summary

HelloFresh in Warsaw is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to own the data landscape for your domain, building data infrastructure from ingestion to dashboards and executive analyses. You will partner with product, marketing, finance, and ops to deliver timely, data-driven insights for decision-makers.

You will design scalable pipelines (dbt, Databricks, Spark SQL, Airflow), ensure data quality, and mentor analysts while delivering impactful reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in BI Analytics, Data Engineering, or Analytics Engineering in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data pipeline experience with scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with modern data stack tools and data modeling for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to power analytics across the business.
• Own the domain's data landscape with automated quality checks and monitoring.
• Write performant SQL for large-scale transformations and collaborate on schema design.
• Build executive dashboards and conduct deep-dive analyses for C-suite stakeholders.
• Own reporting (WBRs, QBRs, forecasting) and partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
• Document data models and mentor juniors on SQL and data modeling.
