Job summary

HelloFresh Warsaw, HelloTech, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Operational Data Platform—driving vision, strategy and execution for data creation, transport and storage for downstream analytics. You’ll partner with the Engineering Lead and cross‑functional teams to improve data flow, reliability and cost efficiency, without people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager with data infrastructure focus.
• Knowledge of streaming, messaging and database architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for Operational Data Platform.
• Lead cost-efficiency roadmap and KPIs.
• Ensure reliability of streaming and core databases.
• Set data contracts and governance downstream.
• Guide platform tooling decisions and avoid redundancy.
• Define handover to Analytical Data Platform.
• Interface between platform and data producers.
