Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development and deployment).
• Knowledge of building developer frameworks and workflows, allowing customers and third parties to integrate easily.
• Experience in Python is advantageous, but engineers of various backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of core backend services for high-performance distributed systems.
• Own key technology decisions, build for scale and optimize output.
• Apply modern development practices such as BDD and TDD where possible.
• Create clear, modern, well-tested code.
• Collaborate across teams in a product-driven environment.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve ways of working.
• Create detailed internal documentation for projects.
