Job summary

Asteri AI, Inc. is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the evolution of our AI-native platform interfaces. You will own front-end architecture and deliver high-performance web applications that present complex data and AI insights with clarity.

You will collaborate with backend systems, design teams, and product managers to translate AI orchestration concepts into seamless user experiences, while ensuring scalability and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on front-end development.
• Mastery of TypeScript and modern React patterns (Hooks, Context, Server Components).
• Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, and database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance front-end systems using Next.js and React.
• Create rich TypeScript interfaces for orchestration workflows and AI insights.
• Collaborate with designers/product managers to translate AI concepts into UI UX.
• Consume clean APIs (FastAPI, Node.js) with type safety and efficient data fetching.
• Optimize front-end performance and handle large datasets with real-time updates.
• Integrate with internal/external APIs (e.g., Jira, Slack, document stores).
• Implement testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring for reliability.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and mentor peers in UI development.
