Job summary

DCG Poland poszukuje senior backend Java Developera w Warszawie do projektowania, implementacji i utrzymania backendu dla platform bankowych. Wymagana jest silna znajomość Javy 21+, REST API, mikrousług, Spring Boot 3.4, Hibernate oraz dobre umiejętności w testowaniu i narzędziach CI/CD.

Praca w zespole Agile, z fokusim na wysoką jakość, skalowalność i współpracę z interesariuszami. Znajomość narzędzi AI i SQL będzie dodatkowym atutem.

Qualifications

• Silne doświadczenie w backendzie z Java 21+ i REST API.
• Doświadzenie w Spring Boot 3.4, Spring WebFlux i Hibernate.
• Praktyczna znajomość Oracle DB, DB2 i SQL.
• Doświadczenie w Git, Maven i Jenkins.
• Praktyczna znajomość Splunk i zasad SOLID.
• Doświadczenie w testowaniu: jednostkowym, integracyjnym, API i wydajnościowym.
• Użycie narzędzi AI w rozwoju i testowaniu.

Responsibilities

• Projektowanie, tworzenie, testowanie i utrzymanie backendowych usług dla platform bankowych.
• Prowadzenie testów backendowych w zespole Agile.
• Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości, niezawodnych i skalowalnych rozwiązań.
• Współpraca z interesariuszami w zakresie wymagań i projektowania rozwiązań.
• Wykorzystanie narzędzi AI w procesach rozwoju, testowania i dostarczania.
• Udział w projektowaniu technicznym i wsparciu operacyjnym.

Stanowisko: Senior Backend Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and maintain backend services for digital banking platforms
• Drive backend testing activities within an agile team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution design
• Support analysis activities and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Use AI-powered tools in development, testing and delivery processes
• Contribute to technical design, implementation, continuous improvement and operational support
• Work within a cross-functional agile team delivering customer-facing digital banking services

Requirements:

• Strong experience in backend development using Java 21+, REST APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.4, Spring WebFlux and Hibernate
• Practical knowledge of Oracle DB, DB2 and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven and Jenkins
• Practical experience in working with Splunk
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles
• Proven experience in test automation, including unit, integration, API and performance testing
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and WireMock
• Proven experience in driving backend testing activities within an agile team
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and contribute to solution design
• Experience in using AI-powered tools in software development and testing
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Understanding of reactive programming concepts
• Practical experience with Angular 2+ and AngularJS
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and qTest
• Practical knowledge of Gherkin
