Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect, develop, and support modern web applications and backend services powering an AI-driven platform. You will own features end-to-end, spanning frontend Angular interfaces and NestJS-based APIs, within an Agile team.

You will work on RESTful microservices, PostgreSQL schemas, and streaming integrations while ensuring high-quality, scalable code and collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and platform engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design skills.
• Expertise in NestJS, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and PostgreSQL tuning.
• Proficiency with ORMs like TypeORM, relational DB design, and RxJS.
• Familiarity with state management (NgRx) and asynchronous UI patterns.
• Experience with reusable UI components in monorepo setups.
• Knowledge of testing with Jest/Karma/Jasmine and Git-based CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of JWT/OIDC security concepts and auth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create, code, test, and launch new features across frontend and backend systems.
• Build responsive Angular interfaces that connect to NestJS APIs.
• Develop RESTful microservices for sessions, streaming, and platform integrations.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and ORM data layers.
• Maintain code quality with unit and integration tests.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and security standards.
• Diagnose and fix issues across UI, API, and database layers.
• Collaborate with PMs, UX designers, and platform engineers to deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
