5Blue Software is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join our core R&D team and help build an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform. You will work across the stack, shaping architecture, implementing features, optimizing performance, and mentoring teammates to uphold high standards.

This is your chance to contribute to an IT auditing platform for SaaS companies globally. You will own features end-to-end, combining React frontend with Node.js backend, and collaborate with Product to craft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend development with React, plus solid backend experience in Node.js (C#, Java, or C++ also relevant).
• Strong command of modern frontend fundamentals - component architecture, state management, performance, and responsive UI.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider; understanding of microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive, performant frontends in React and shape the platform's UI/UX architecture.
• Implement backend logic and integrate with third-party APIs as part of full-stack feature delivery.
• Participate in architectural decisions, research, and design for scalable, maintainable software.
• Work directly with Product and stakeholders to shape requirements and break them into well-scoped tasks.
• Mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and uphold coding standards.
• Continuously improve UI performance, scalability, and maintainability while keeping up with industry trends.
