Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a strong, creative Software Developer to solve scale problems using cutting-edge open-source technologies. You will write code impacting thousands of users monthly and collaborate across disciplines to deliver robust, high-quality software.

You will work in an Agile environment, scale existing products, and help migrate legacy systems while integrating with third-party services and authentication frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in Python 3.12+ as software or data engineering.
• MongoDB with Beanie ODM for persistence.
• OAuth/OIDC + JWT authentication via Keycloak/Descope; backend provider-agnostic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and management to rapidly build, test, and deploy features.
• Scale and improve existing products and tools.
• Launch projects from ideation to completion.
• Support deployed software and drive team toward goals.
• Design integration with 3rd parties (Python AWS interoperability).
• Work with OAuth authorization across multiple systems and healthcare data contexts.
• Collaborate with QA, product management, and operations in Agile sprints.
• Develop data-driven product decisions in a high-energy team.
• Resolve production issues and migrate legacy apps when needed.
