Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Java with strong OO design principles.

• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services powering the Box Automate workflow engine.
• Build and optimize algorithms for workflow graph representation, traversal, and execution.
• Develop the Automate meta-language for complex, variable-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Join on-call rotation and assist with incident triage.
• Attend stand-ups and team meetings to ensure alignment.
