Job summary

Aduna Global is seeking a Senior Software Developer to contribute to the Traffic Plane API aggregation. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, SRE, security, and CSP counterparts on scalable backend systems.

You will lead complex engineering work, optimize end-to-end flows, and influence engineering standards while shaping high-throughput, secure services in a hybrid office setup in Łódź.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years building backend services or large-scale integrations.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and service meshes.
• Strong knowledge of API design and implementation.
• Experience with observability, SRE, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for API aggregation and architecture decisions.
• Design reviews for service exposure, authentication, and observability.
• Improve tooling, CI/CD, and automation to boost developer productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in cross-team collaboration.
