Job summary

Atos in Kraków seeks a Senior Frontend Developer to join a high-traffic, event-driven web platform. You will be hands-on, building, maintaining, and improving the codebase while shaping frontend architecture and quality standards.

You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with DevOps and product teams in an Agile environment. Fluent English is required, and occasional travel every 3 months is expected. Hybrid work with up to two office days per month is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Front-End Development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience contributing to front-end architecture decisions and defining code quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance monitoring at scale; CDN knowledge.
• Solid experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps Services; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Track record of mentoring developers and leading code reviews.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); availability to travel every 3 months for 2–3 days.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and shape technical direction.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage PR alignment.
• Monitor performance and reliability under peak event-driven loads; support CDN config.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins) with DevOps team.
• Act as a technical reference for complex engineering challenges.
• Work in Agile with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and JIRA; align execution with goals.
