Job summary

ipracujzdalnie.pl, a technology consultancy, seeks a seasoned Web Solution Architect in Gdańsk to lead end-to-end architecture design for complex digital products. You will craft scalable backend/frontend solutions, design APIs, and guide cross‑functional teams through the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with international clients, ensure security and GDPR compliance, and drive architectural excellence using PHP/Laravel with React.js or Vue.js, in a hybrid office setting on Tue/Thu.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of modern web application architecture.
• Experience designing backend and frontend applications.
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Very good knowledge of REST API and external integrations.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Fluent English (B2+) for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design target architectures, data flows and integration approaches.
• Develop scalable integrations, APIs and cross‑platform solutions.
• Lead technical decisions, architecture reviews and code quality standards.
• Mentor team members and manage technical risks with stakeholders.
• Organize Sprint 0 setup, environments, CI/CD and security practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, backend, frontend, mobile and DevOps teams.
