Job summary
Luxoft seeks a Customer Success Onboarding Factory - Provisioning Engineer to join a high-impact project for a leading global investment bank. You will provision and configure cloud environments, execute standardized runbooks, deploy platform services, and support tenants across Azure-based environments.
Ideal candidates have deep Azure, DevOps, SRE experience, strong automation skills, and a collaborative mindset for global engineering teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Customer Onboarding.
- Hands-on Azure cloud infrastructure, provisioning, deployments and monitoring.
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and container workloads in enterprise environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab and/or Azure DevOps).
- Proficient in Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Engineer robust test automation and ensure onboarding for a cloud data platform.
- Design scalable test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, data engineers and stakeholders to validate functionality.
- Own end-to-end testing of new features from strategy to automated tests.
- Drive improvements to test coverage, reduce manual effort, and boost reliability.
- Communicate progress and risks to promote transparency and quality.
