Job summary

Luxoft in Kraków is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Factory - Provisioning Engineer to join a high-profile MEG-P data platform project for a leading global investment bank. You will provision environments, implement DevOps runbooks, and support tenants across cloud regions.

The role emphasizes Azure, SRE practices, CI/CD, and automation, collaborating with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure reliable onboarding experiences and platform operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or onboarding roles.
• Strong hands-on with Microsoft Azure including provisioning, deployments, monitoring, and operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and containerized workloads in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab and/or Azure DevOps).
• Linux administration, shell scripting, and cloud-native tooling.
• Troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis across cloud/platform services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engineer robust test automation for a cutting-edge cloud data platform, ensuring it meets the complex data transformation needs of 50+ business tenants.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable test frameworks that integrate into CI/CD pipelines, accelerating delivery and reducing defects.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own end-to-end testing of new features—from defining test strategies and writing automated tests to analyzing results and driving improvements.
• Champion engineering excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize test coverage, reduce manual effort, and enhance platform reliability.
• Communicate progress and risks, contributing to transparency, quality, and innovation.
