Job summary

Luxoft seeks an experienced DevOps Lead to join a regulatory reporting project for Wealth Management banking clients. You will operate Azure and Kubernetes at enterprise scale, driving automation across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on Terraform and Helm, GitOps practices, and strong observability using Grafana/Prometheus with secure secret management in distributed systems. Banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of DevOps/SRE experience in a lead role.
• Hands-on Azure and Kubernetes experience.
• Hands-on with Terraform, Helm, GitOps/CI/CD.
• Enterprise-scale monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus; secret management.
