Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Factory - Provisioning Engineer to join a hybrid, cloud-focused team in Kraków. You will provision and configure environments across cloud platforms, run standardized DevOps playbooks, deploy platform services, and support tenants through onboarding and operations.

The role emphasizes Azure expertise, SRE principles, and automation, with collaboration across global engineering and stakeholder teams to ensure reliable onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Onboarding.
• Hands-on Azure, cloud provisioning, deployments, monitoring and platform operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and enterprise container workloads.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and/or Azure DevOps.
• Linux administration, shell scripting, and cloud-native tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience executing operational runbooks and automated deployment in production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engineer robust test automation for a cutting-edge cloud data platform.
• Design scalable test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to validate functionality.
• Own end-to-end testing of new features and drive improvements.
• Optimize test coverage and reduce manual effort for platform reliability.
• Communicate progress and risks to ensure transparency and quality.
