Luxoft Poland is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Factory - Provisioning Engineer to support onboarding, environment provisioning, and platform operations across cloud platforms. You will configure environments, run standardized DevOps playbooks, deploy services, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring reliable onboarding for 50+ tenants.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Customer Onboarding roles.

Responsibilities

Engineer robust test automation for a cutting-edge cloud data platform, ensuring it meets the complex data transformation needs of 50+ business tenants.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable test frameworks that integrate seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines, accelerating delivery and reducing defects.
Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, validate functionality, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Own end-to-end testing of new features—from defining test strategies and writing automated tests to analyzing results and driving continuous improvements.
Champion engineering excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize test coverage, reduce manual effort, and enhance platform reliability.
Communicate progress and risks effectively, contributing to a culture of transparency, quality, and innovation.
