We’re seeking a seasoned Technology Leader with a strong development background to lead engineering teams and deliver end-to-end outcomes across the Banking Platform domain. As Engineering Lead you will provide leadership to global teams, ensure delivery of Avaloq solutions, drive Agile and DevOps practices, and partner with the Head of Engineering Banking Platform to build robust

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across Avaloq, Agile delivery, DevOps and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of Private Banking domain and related functions.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with Avaloq platform; capable of architecture and deployment automation.
• Proficient in PL/SQL; working knowledge of Unix and Control-M.
• Excellent English communication with ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Avaloq deliveries for stream and oversee end-to-end development lifecycle.
• Ensure code quality, documentation and compliance with standards.
• Work with stakeholders and other technology functions to ensure delivery using Agile and DevOps.
• Support recruitment, talent management, risk governance and administration.
• Partner with Head of Engineering Banking Platform to implement location strategy for Avaloq workforce.
• Identify risks and establish controls; ensure mandatory trainings are completed.
• Drive automation strategy with Test manager.
• Ensure team maturity in Agile and measure release frequency, quality and incidents.
