The role requires hands-on Avaloq expertise, agile and DevOps mindset, and leadership to guide the team through complex decisions while maintaining high delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across Avaloq and Agile delivery.
• Strong knowledge of the Private Banking domain and related functions.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with Avaloq platform details and deployment automation.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with PL/SQL, Unix or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Avaloq deliveries end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Ensure code quality, documentation and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver Projects, Enhancements and backlog via Agile/DevOps.
• Mentor teams, manage risks, and drive automation strategy.
