Job summary

Dell Technologies in Lodz is seeking a Test Senior Engineer to join the Test Engineering team. You will analyze, introduce and manage sophisticated production test for our platforms, collaborating with global teams and reporting results to development engineers and leadership.

Essential qualifications include 3–5 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree and strong skills in BASH, PowerShell, Python, VBA, Windows/Linux, BIOS/firmware, and AI/LLMs. Fluency in Polish and English is desirable.

Qualifications

Validated knowledge of programming in BASH, PowerShell, Python, VBA.
Experience with Windows/Linux, BIOS/firmware, and device drivers.
Understanding of hardware/software interactions and infrastructure.
Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
3–5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

Rapidly address software and hardware challenges with effective solutions.
Implement Python, C# scripts and AI Models for automation and process improvement.
Design, develop and implement troubleshooting methods for systems and equipment.
Collaborate on local and global modernization projects with other support teams.
Ensure seamless integration with backend systems, maintaining data integrity.
