Infinite Services is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to support the administration, development, and maintenance of Jira Software and Confluence Data Center environments. You will configure workflows, automate processes, and ensure platform reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers 100% remote work or hybrid options, with multilingual English and Polish communication, and opportunities to work on international projects for large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Several years of Atlassian administration experience.
• Hands-on Jira workflows, screens, fields, permission schemes, and project config.
• Experience with Jira Automation and process automation.
• ScriptRunner (Groovy) knowledge.
• REST APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Atlassian Data Center architecture and administration.
• English and Polish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira Software and Confluence Data Center environments.
• Configure workflows, screens, custom fields, permission schemes, and project configurations.
• Develop automation using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, and REST APIs.
• Manage users, groups, projects, spaces, and permission models.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Jira/Confluence with external systems.
• Plan, test, and execute upgrades while ensuring platform availability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
